Tokar in the Third Cycle: is a Syntharan emissary form the Court of Bronze sent to the Ta mainland on various missions.
Tokar Text from Dennison Tablet 1: A Syntharan Golem, and scout sent to gather information for the Court of Bronze. He is sent as an emissary to the Ophidian Kingdoms in an effort to acquire depleted volcanic crystals, needed by the Syntharans as a component in their process of synthesizing additional Syntharans.
